Role Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the implementation and enhancement of large scale enterprise systems and digital transformation initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, requirements management, and solution delivery, preferably within Government, Finance, or Tax related environments.
  • Candidates with experience working on tax administration systems, regulatory platforms, compliance solutions, or finance transformation projects will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the implementation, enhancement, and continuous improvement of large scale enterprise systems supporting regulatory and business operations.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, validate, and document business, functional, and non functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with business units across Legal, Compliance, Audit, Enforcement, Finance, and other operational areas to understand business needs and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), user stories, process maps, use cases, and workflow documentation.
  • Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business users, project teams, developers, QA teams, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support solution design, requirement validation, change requests, and impact assessments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and production readiness activities to ensure successful solution implementation.
  • Assist in implementing business process improvements and digital transformation initiatives across multiple functional workstreams.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete, traceable, and aligned with project governance standards.
  • Support post implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives by gathering user feedback and recommending enhancements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including experience supporting enterprise system implementation projects.
  • Strong experience in business process analysis, requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, and documentation.
  • Proven experience preparing BRDs, FRS, use cases, user stories, workflow diagrams, and process documentation.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem solving skills.
