About the Role

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams
- Lead the end to end requirements process from discovery to validation (BRD/FRD, User Stories, BPMN, Use Cases)
- Analyze and optimize existing business processes for efficiency and automation
- Coordinate small scale projects and complex change requests as Delivery Manager
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for timely delivery
- Plan and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Configure and parameterize ERP solutions
- Prepare and maintain documentation for long term sustainability
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects
- Advanced practical knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC, SAP, Oracle) and/or CRM, e Commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365)
- Hands on experience in business analysis methodologies and tools (BRD/FRD, User Stories, BPMN, Process Mapping)
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Advanced English (written & spoken)
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and SQL is an advantage
- Native Arabic speaker preferred

About the Role

- You’ll translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements, helping shape digital tools across multiple brands and markets.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams.

What You Bring
