About the Role
Sands Middle East DMCC is hiring a Marketing Specialist for Pandora in Riyadh, KSA. The role supports the Head of Marketing MENA, executing marketing strategy, managing social media, events, PR, and market research.

Responsibilities
- Implement all marketing activities and event management to drive awareness, new customer acquisition, brand engagement, and traffic
- Support reviewing the marketing roadmap based on culture, events, and traditions
- Adopt a localised consumer relevant marketing approach to ensure audience engagement and build brand equity
- Analyze new marketing opportunities: partnerships, malls, events, universities
- Bring plans/strategies to life in a customer centric OMNI channel approach
- Identify and recommend new marketing opportunities within the Kingdom
- Collect competitor sets on regular basis
- Regular stores and malls visits with reports; engage with customers
- Keep updated with social media trends on market
- Build profile of relevant influencers, map out their interests, research their demographic audience profile, and make clear recommendations
- Obtain support on SM platforms of each mall where brand presence
- Ensure all published content is in line with global brand guidelines
Requirements
- KSA based
- 3 5 years experience in digital platforms, influencer, social content, event/PR within KSA
- Business understanding of current and emerging social/digital platforms
- Ability to engage with brand audiences across relevant marketing channels
- Arabic speakers only and fluent in English
- Good business acumen and analytical capabilities
- Consumer, brand and digital passionate
- Great collaborator
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Strong understanding of social and digital platforms including TikTok and Snapchat for business
- Strong understanding of local influencers
- Strong understanding of competitor marketing activity

Role Profile
- Supports Head of Marketing of MENA and executes marketing strategy for Pandora in KSA market.
- Delivers best in class customer engagement across all marketing channels with ROI.
- Ensures alignment with overall brand objectives.
- Acts as interface and single point of contact for marketing within the Kingdom for both internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in execution of Strategy of the Brand
- Implement all marketing activities and event management that drive awareness, new customer acquisition, brand engagement, and traffic
- Support reviewing the marketing roadmap based on culture, events, and traditions
- Adopt a localised consumer relevant marketing approach to ensure audience engagement and build brand equity
- Analyze new marketing opportunities: partnership, malls, events, universities
- Bring plans/strategies to life in a customer centric OMNI channel approach
- Identify and recommend new marketing opportunities within the Kingdom
Market research
- Collect competitor sets on regular basis
- Regular stores, malls visit with reports; engage with customers
- Keep us updated with social media trends on market
- Build profile of relevant influencers, map out their interests, research their demographic audience profile, and make clear recommendations
Social Media
- Obtains support on SM platforms of each mall were brand presence
- Ensure all published content is in line with global brand guidelines
Events and PR
- Support sourcing local suppliers that can support events with appropriate quality; help to stage media events
- Build strong relationships with influencers, editors during events
- Engage and build relationships with approved influencers/content creators
- Ensure influencer engagement with the brand and over time understand what builds influencer brand advocacy for the market
- Participate in relevant community events to represent brand presence
Adaptation/ Arabization
- Supports on Arabization of all content: in store/ digital/ ecom
- Supports head office team on all required adaptation, working closely with local agency
- Understands/ maintains global brand standards guidelines at all place
Marketing/ VM Budget Tracking
- Maintains budget trackers up to dated and precise all time
- Invoices are on regular basis uploaded on system for smooth flow of payments
Reports
- Create weekly report to send to line manager Head of Marketing
- Weekly meeting with line manager as 121 to be aligned with all current campaigns/ tasks
- Produce monthly reports on campaign insights

What We Require
- KSA based

- Might require travel in future once brand expands
