Requirements
- Strong marketing background and relevant experience
- Experience in retail relations, customer engagement, or related functions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual (Arabic and English)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in secretarial and/or administrative roles
- Valid Qatar Resident Permit (RP)
- Available for immediate onboarding
- Prior experience working on large scale projects in Qatar and/or with multinational organizations

Role Objective
- The Retail Relations Officer acts as the dedicated marketing focal point for retail tenants across The Pearl Island and Gewan Island following completion of leasing and operational onboarding processes.
- The role is responsible for managing all tenant related marketing coordination, communication, and support, ensuring retailers are effectively integrated into Company marketing ecosystem, campaigns, events, promotional initiatives, and communication channels.
- The position serves as the primary liaison between retailers and the Marketing Department for all marketing related requests, opportunities, concerns, campaigns, and activation support, with the objective of enhancing retailer visibility, engagement, participation, retention, and overall tenancy exp
Position Requirements
- Strong marketing background and relevant experience
- Experience in retail relations, customer engagement, or related functions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant qualifications and experience as detailed in the attached Job Description
- Bilingual (Arabic and English)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in secretarial and/or administrative roles
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid Qatar Resident Permit (RP)
- Available for immediate onboarding
- Prior experience working on large scale projects in Qatar and/or with multinational organizations is essential
