About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop requirements plans and accurate estimates for completion of requirements
- Manage risks, assumptions and constraints for requirements
- Lead requirements prioritization and leverage techniques to identify business priorities
- Facilitate collaborative sessions with large and diverse business stakeholder groups
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams
- Analyze and document detailed business requirements and system requirements
- Verify requirements for quality and validate requirements with stakeholders
- Build and maintain a repository of reusable requirements documentation
- Support Design, Development, and QE activities by providing requirements clarifications
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Business Systems Analyst, preferably within large Financial Institutions
- Experience working on Digital banking projects and hands on experience with agile methodologies
- Strong experience in both business and technical analysis
- Experience with user stories, business and systems specifications, business context diagrams, business process maps, use cases and user story maps
- Experience in requirements elicitation techniques such as Document analysis, Interviews, facilitated workshops, Observation, Prototyping, Focus groups, Surveys
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) preferred
- Agile certifications such as CSM, CSPO preferred
- Experience in Loyalty programs preferred
