Your role
- Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive digital initiatives and digital adoption.
- Engage senior military, operational, engineering, security, commercial, assurance, and digital stakeholders.
- Analyse processes and operations and facilitate workshops to identify improvements.
- Lead end-to-end requirements development with clear translation and traceability.
- Develop transformation roadmaps for customer digital change.
- Influence Agile practices and participate in sprints, scrums, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to operational improvement methods and explore AI-enabled approaches.
- Champion stakeholder needs and align development with business goals.
About you
- Have senior-level consulting or relevant business analysis experience.
- Have experience in defence or comparable regulated, secure, or mission-critical environments.
- Direct defence experience is advantageous.
- Have attained or be working towards a Business Analysis Diploma.
- Understand defence delivery, security, compliance, assurance, resilience, configuration control, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Have technology-led transformation experience across strategy, business design, and change management.
- Have experience in an Agile project delivery environment.
- Can translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Can analyse complex problems and communicate solutions to varied audiences.
- Have experience with Visio, IBM DOORS, Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Show digital fluency and interest in emerging technology.
