Requirements
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is a deal breaker

- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a technology or software development environment
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Agile methodologies
