- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies
- Conduct project evaluations and post project reviews to identify areas for improvement
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10 13 years of relevant project management experience
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast paced environment
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience in managing projects in a multicultural environment (preferred)
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management in projects (preferred)
