Bridge business stakeholders and technology teams by analyzing requirements, designing banking solutions, and supporting digital transformation.
Deliver banking technology projects in Agile or Waterfall environments.
Business analysis
- Gather, analyze, validate, and document requirements from Corporate Banking stakeholders.
- Conduct workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with business users.
- Translate business needs into detailed Functional Requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flows.
- Perform Gap Analysis and recommend process improvements and efficient business solutions.
Solution design
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and Development teams to design scalable banking solutions.
- Review proposed solutions for alignment with business objectives.
- Participate in system integration analysis and solution design discussions.
- Support API and interface requirement analysis.
Corporate banking domain
- Analyze requirements for Corporate Accounts, Corporate Payments, Cash Management, Liquidity Management, Trade Finance, and Corporate Lending.
- Support requirements related to Treasury Integration, Corporate Digital Banking, Customer Onboarding, and Virtual Accounts.
Project delivery
- Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Prepare User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
- Support development teams throughout the SDLC and manage requirements traceability.
- Participate in Functional Testing, SIT, and UAT.
- Support production deployment and post-go-live activities.
Stakeholder management
- Work with business users, product owners, solution architects, developers, QA teams, vendors, and project managers.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
- Present requirements and proposed solutions to key stakeholders.
- Align business expectations with delivered solutions.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of Business Analysis experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Banking projects.
- Strong understanding of SDLC.
- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong experience in one or more listed banking domains, including Corporate Banking, Cash Management, Corporate Payments, Trade Finance, Corporate Lending, Treasury, or Digital Banking.
Technical skills
- Hands-on experience with BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Mapping, BPMN/UML, Microsoft Visio, Jira, Confluence, and REST APIs.
- SQL is preferred.
- Swagger or Postman is preferred.
Preferred experience and certifications
- Experience with Temenos Transact (T24), Finastra, Oracle Banking, Finacle, Murex, or another Corporate Banking platform is preferred.
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile Business Analysis, or Scrum Certification is preferred.
