TCS is hiring a Senior Business Analyst for cards and digital banking initiatives in Dubai.

Job Details
- Job type: Full time.
- Location: Dubai.
Business Analysis and Requirements
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements through workshops and interviews.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Conduct walkthroughs, obtain signoffs, perform impact analysis, and facilitate prioritization.
- Lead business analysis activities for credit card initiatives.
Cards and Payments Domain
- Work across debit cards, prepaid cards, merchant acquiring, ATM/POS channels, and digital payments.
- Understand card origination, embossing and personalization, authorization, clearing and settlement, chargebacks and disputes, loyalty and rewards, and fraud management.
Platforms and Integration
- Act as a subject matter expert for Powercard and Fiserv solutions.
- Support integrations with core banking systems, financial switches, payment gateways, CRM platforms, and mobile and internet banking channels.
- Use API and microservices concepts, SQL and data analysis, REST/SOAP services, and enterprise application integration.
Techno-Functional and Testing Support
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and review APIs, interfaces, data mappings, and integration specifications.
- Collaborate with solution architects, developers, QA teams, and vendors on enhancements and releases.
- Define test scenarios and acceptance criteria and support SIT, UAT, go-live, defect management, and business readiness.
Stakeholder Management
- Engage business, operations, risk, compliance, IT, and external vendors.
- Drive workshops, governance meetings, and steering discussions and present recommendations to senior management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, finance, banking, or a related discipline.
- Strong banking and financial services experience, cards and payments expertise, retail banking knowledge, digital banking understanding, and regulatory awareness.
- Experience with Powercard and Fiserv solutions and documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, functional specifications, data mappings, and UAT scenarios.
Preferred Experience
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, Scrum Product Owner, or Agile certifications are preferred.
- UAE or GCC banking, large-scale cards transformation, digital banking, Islamic banking, or complex banking environment experience is preferred.
