Role Purpose
Own the Scenario Library and Business Requirements Document readiness activities.
Manage requirements and scenario detail, coordinate clinical and business stakeholder sign-offs, and ensure requirements are clear for vendor scoping and quotation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the Scenario Library with clear user-story-format scenarios, detail, edge cases, and ownership.
- Maintain and evolve the BRD and Master Open Decisions Register.
- Translate ratified scenarios into RFP-ready requirements for implementation partner and subcontracted technology partner scoping.
- Maintain naming, ID consistency, and version discipline across BRD, scenario, decision, and risk documents.
- Prepare scenario-specific companion documents for NDA-gated command-centre partners when required.
- Support the Risks and Assumptions Register with descriptions, ownership, and mitigation paths.
- Work with the Solution Architect on technical architecture decisions and with Product Management on backlog and sprint planning.
Minimum Experience and Skills
- At least six years of business analysis experience is required.
- At least two years in healthcare, insurance, or a clinically regulated environment is required.
- Experience writing user-story-format requirements and scenario or use-case libraries for complex platforms is required.
