This is a senior individual contributor role at the center of the product and brand experience.
The designer owns the design function end-to-end across enterprise applications, corporate and marketing websites, digital assets, and campaigns.
Product Design and UI/UX
- Own product design from user research and journey mapping through wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and developer-ready specifications.
- Design polished interfaces for complex enterprise software across web and mobile platforms.
- Architect user flows, interaction models, and information structures for sophisticated functionality.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system with components, tokens, patterns, and documentation.
- Conduct usability reviews, identify friction, and iterate based on feedback and data.
- Design for technical operators in high-assurance environments and senior government stakeholders.
Visual Design and Brand
- Define and evolve visual identity across products, websites, presentations, and marketing assets.
- Maintain a coherent design language across enterprise interfaces, public-facing websites, and executive materials.
- Design landing pages, campaign assets, pitch decks, and presentation materials.
- Art-direct corporate and product websites that inform, impress, and convert.
Collaboration and Delivery
- Work closely and daily with front-end developers on-site to ensure faithful implementation of designs.
- Collaborate with product managers to align design decisions with the product roadmap and user priorities.
- Present and defend design decisions clearly to leadership, including the CEO.
- Deliver production-ready Figma files, annotated specifications, and development assets.
- Challenge briefs and bring a distinct perspective rather than only executing instructions.
Candidate Profile
- A portfolio should demonstrate a clear point of view and confident visual execution.
- The role requires senior individual contributor scope and end-to-end design ownership.
- The designer must communicate and defend design decisions clearly with leadership.
- The designer must deliver production-ready Figma files, annotated specifications, and assets.
Workplace
- The role involves close daily collaboration with front-end developers on-site.
