Responsibilities
- Build the strategy and marketing plan for the product, ensuring plans are implemented and monitored to reach mid to long term sales targets
- Develop and execute strategic partnerships with key healthcare stakeholders across major accounts
- Conduct regular market analysis and market research, developing a deep understanding of business dynamics
- Track competitive environment, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategies to maximize brand potential
- Design tactical plan in line with brand strategy and execute all marketing activities
- Partner with International Markets and Global Marketing Teams to understand global/regional strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, or related field
- Candidate based in the UAE
- At least 3 5 years of experience working in pharmaceutical marketing
- Dermatology/OTC/Consumer Healthcare experience preferred
- GCC or regional experience is a plus
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills

Role Overview
- Kinetic is in partnership with a multinational Pharmaceutical company looking to hire a Senior Brand Manager based in Dubai.
Key aspects of the role include
- Building the strategy and marketing plan for the product, ensuring those plans are implemented and monitored to reach mid to long term sales targets.
- You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships with key healthcare stakeholders across major accounts.
- Requires strong business acumen, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive access and growth for innovative therapies.
- Conducting regular market analysis, and market research, developing a deep understanding of business dynamics, tracking competitive environment, identifying growth opportunities, and developing strategies to maximize brand potential.
- Designing Tactical Plan in line with the brand strategy, executing all marketing activities.
- Partnering with Int Markets and Global Marketing Teams to understand global/regional strategies.
To be successful you will need to meet the following
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy /Business or related field.
- Candidate based in the UAE with at least 3 5 years of experience working in pharmaceutical marketing.
- Dermatology/OTC/ Consumer Healthcare experience is preferred
- GCC or regional experience is a plus
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
- Innovative and creative, enabling the agility to capitalize on market opportunity.
