- Develop and maintain BIM models for structural and infrastructure projects
- Ensure models comply with project standards, design requirements, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
- Perform model coordination, clash detection, and quality reviews
- Support Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows and ensure model data accuracy and compliance
- Produce BIM deliverables, drawings, and model data for project teams and stakeholders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support efficient design office project delivery
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior BIM team members
- Support BIM workflows, automation, and model optimization using industry best practices
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of BIM modelling experience, preferably on structural or infrastructure projects
- Strong hands on experience with Revit, BIM 360/ACC, Dynamo, and AutoCAD
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, QA/QC processes and CDE workflows
- Ability to manage complex modelling tasks and deliver within project schedules

Job Description
- Parsons is seeking a talented Senior BIM Specialist to join our Design team in Abu Dhabi, supporting major infrastructure projects.
- In this role, you will develop and maintain detailed BIM models, support multidisciplinary coordination, and deliver accurate, compliant, and efficient digital engineering solutions across complex infrastructure projects.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and maintain BIM models for structural and infrastructure projects.
- Ensure models comply with project standards, design requirements, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- Perform model coordination, clash detection, and quality reviews.

What Required Skills You'll Bring

- Civil 3D knowledge is an advantage.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

- Ability to manage complex modelling tasks and deliver within project schedules.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring
- Strong background in major bridges, tunnels, and pump station projects.
- Experience in design consultancy environments.
- BIM certification is an advantage.
