Responsibilities
- Work closely with CAD / BIM manager and Design Leads to ensure project compliance
- Coordinate with different CAD teams, ensuring design inputs and deadlines are met
- Develop engineering drawings from rough sketches using CAD workstations
- Review drawings for readability, presentation, and adherence to standards per QA/QC
- Create parametric and non parametric families
- Produce scheduling and quantity extraction from the model
- Ensure proper documentation of design changes and revisions
- Manage digital archiving of completed project drawings
- Maintain communication with Team Leads and engineers to resolve design issues
- Implement quality control processes to catch errors early
- Customize CAD software and tools to optimize productivity
Requirements
- Experience as CAD / BIM professional in infrastructure design
- Knowledge of BIM modeling process and ability to manage BIM activities
- Ability to create parametric and non parametric families
- Ability to produce scheduling and quantity extraction from model
- Good knowledge of QA/QC processes

- Parsons is looking for a Senior BIM/CAD Technician to join the team in Dubai.
- Role involves creation, modification, and management of infrastructure design drawings and models.
- Focus on model preparation, clash rendition and resolution.
