Responsibilities
- Provide front line project specific support to design teams
- Create landscape BIM model and drawings within Revit/Civil 3D from LOD 100 to LOD 350
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks/Revizto
- Prepare landscape drawings from rough sketches and engineering information
- Develop and maintain CAD and BIM libraries
- Ensure compliance with codes and company policies
- Provide ongoing training to existing users for CAD, Revit and Civil 3D
- Assist with creation of CAD/BIM standards and implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering / Architecture / Landscape / Urban Planning/Urban Design
- Minimum 5 years demonstrable BIM/CAD design production experience in a multi disciplinary environment, preferably landscape projects
- In depth working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil3D and Revit with proficiency in BIM/CAD processes
- Experience with BIM/CAD instruction and training
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Strong interpersonal skills

Job Description
- Parsons is looking for a Senior BIM/CAD Specialist Landscape to join the team in Dubai, UAE.
- The role involves performing basic to moderately difficult design/drafting assignments.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide front line project specific support to design teams.
- Create landscape BIM model and drawings within Revit/Civil 3D to fulfill client requirements from LOD 100 LOD 350.
- Experience in Clash Detection process using Navisworks/Revizto.
- Prepare landscape drawings from rough sketches and engineering information.
- Develop and maintain CAD and BIM libraries.
- Utilize technical manuals and directives to ensure compliance with codes and company policies.
- Become familiar with standards such as ISO 19650, BS 1192.
- Compile data and perform dimensional and routine calculations.
- Understand orthographic and isometric designs and supplier/manufacturer drawings.
- Provide ongoing training to existing users for CAD, Revit and Civil 3D.
- Assist with creation of CAD/BIM standards and implementation.
What Required Skills You'll Bring
