Job Purpose
Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization’s comprehensive business continuity management and supply chain framework.
The role leads risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and alignment of continuity activities with organizational goals, regulations, and emerging risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure work follows approved policies, processes, procedures, instructions, laws, regulations, and standards.
- Lead risk assessments and scenario planning for business continuity, supply chain, and crisis management.
- Liaise with internal leadership and external stakeholders to build support for continuity strategies.
- Drive improvements to business continuity readiness and crisis response capabilities.
- Oversee business continuity, supply chain, and crisis management training programs.
- Integrate continuity strategies with enterprise risk management, IT disaster recovery, and cybersecurity.
- Evaluate third-party resilience and implement improvement plans.
- Lead financial risk mitigation and facilitate post-crisis reviews.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in risk management, business administration, or a relevant field.
Stakeholders
- Internal stakeholders include all departments.
- External stakeholders include consultants, contractors, vendors, suppliers, service providers, and government authorities.
