Role Responsibilities
o Deliver **impeccable** **hospitality** to our guests and teammates
o Dialing in espresso, latte art, various methods of brewing
o Managing inventory
o Maintain work area, and daily maintenance of coffee/espresso equipment
o Mentoring team members to ensure consistency and quality of coffee preparation, professionalism, **patron service**, hygiene & cleanliness
o Implement shift protocols and train all baristas to ensure efficient, friendly service and high-quality coffee
o Cultivate positive, proactive relationships with all coworkers
o Regularly taste coffee drinks made by you and other baristas, to maintain standards and develop a palate
o Offer constructive feedback to team members to ensure consistency and quality of coffee preparation, professionalism, patron service hygiene & cleanliness
o Support your team in keeping the cafe running smoothly and beautifully
o Help design signature, and specialty coffee/drink preparations
Qualities
o Dedicated to hospitality- To your team and your guests- you model empathy
o Consistently demonstrate the highest standards of coffee preparation
o A strong coffee advocate with a desire to share your passion with patrons and staff

Experience
o 3+ year/s working in a high-end third-wave coffee environment.
o Highly skilled in all aspects of coffee preparation: brewing, espresso, latte art, specialty drinks, etc.
Pay & Benefits
o Great pay based on experience and skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
