- Expertly prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, including complex and specialty drinks
- Mentor and train junior baristas, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills
- Provide outstanding customer service, address customer inquiries, and resolve complaints effectively
- Ensure all beverages meet high standards of quality, taste, and presentation
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders for supplies and maintaining stock
- Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment
- Collaborate with management to develop and introduce new beverages and menu items
- Assist with financial tasks, such as daily sales reporting and cash handling
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting cafe environment
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies
