Job Description

  • We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Reception cum Admin to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support at Align Pilates Studio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend and manage incoming calls professionally
  • Greet clients and handle front desk operations
  • Manage class bookings and schedules using Mindbody software
  • Maintain basic records and reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information about services
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with Mindbody software (preferred; training can be provided)
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, punctual, and detail oriented
  • Ability to multitask and work independently

Pay

  • AED 3,000 per month
