- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend APIs and software features.
- Architect and implement cloud native solutions using modern distributed systems and serverless technologies.
- Build and enhance microservices based applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop clean, maintainable, and well documented code following software engineering best practices.
- Create and maintain automated unit, integration, and end to end tests.
- Leverage AI assisted development tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve software design, implementation, and productivity.
- Research and evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and development practices to continuously improve engineering processes.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high quality software solutions.
- Contribute to software architecture discussions and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software development experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
- Proven experience designing and developing RESTful APIs
- Experience building and maintaining microservices based architectures
- Strong knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem solving skills
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving technical challenges
