Responsibilities
- Manage on time delivery performance for network supply shipments to meet study requirements and patient demand
- Actively participate and engage on Protocol Execution Teams (PETs), Global Supply Execution Teams (gSETs), and ad hoc distribution related meetings
- Drive resolution of operational and system issues impacting on time delivery, collaborating with internal and external providers
- Execute and coordinate network depot supply in coordination with the Clinical Demand and Supply Leader and other partners as needed
- Lead and participate in cross functional and internal distribution related projects and process improvement initiatives supporting global distribution strategy
- Execute with the highest level of accuracy within the CLARA system, performing 1st and 2nd level diagnostics
- Operate within a GMP compliant environment, ensuring adherence to established quality procedures
- Process event records, including quality incidents, CAPAs, and Changes (Planned Events), as applicable
Requirements
- Degree (BA, BS, MS, or MBA) in Business (Operations Management or Supply Chain Management), Biotechnology, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in Clinical Trial Management, logistics, warehouse management, or another Supply Chain discipline, preferably within the Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of and experience with SAP / ERP systems
- Experience working within cross functional, cross cultural, and agile organizational models
- APICS and/or SCOR certification is a plus
- Operational Excellence, Six Sigma, or Lean training is a plus

Job Description
- We are looking for a Global Clinical Distribution Lead to join our Global Clinical Supply Chain team.
- This role is responsible for managing end to end clinical distribution activities for a portfolio of global clinical trials, ensuring the timely and compliant delivery of investigational products to depots and clinical sites worldwide.
- The successful candidate will collaborate with cross functional teams to support a diverse pipeline of clinical studies while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and patient focus.

Expected Compensation Range
- 50K 65K The final compensation offered will be determined based on the candidate’s level of experience, skills, and qualifications, in compliance with applicable pay transparency requirements.
Work Location
- Mississauga, Hybrid (Only 3 days onsite per week)
