About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer with 10+ years of experience to lead agentic SDLC and AI-driven development lifecycle initiatives. The role requires deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, LLM agent orchestration, and enterprise-scale AI tooling, ideally in banking or fintech.

- Design and implement agentic SDLC / AI driven development lifecycle solutions at enterprise scale
- Build and optimize LLM agent orchestration frameworks and RAG pipelines
- Develop and maintain microservices architecture with Java, Spring Boot, and related patterns
- Integrate AI assisted development tooling and prompt engineering for code generation and automation
- Manage messaging, caching, and data systems including Kafka, Redis, and SQL/vector databases
- Implement cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines on AWS with IaC and GitHub Actions
- Ensure security, compliance, and data residency requirements in banking context
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional hands on backend software engineering experience in production environments
- Demonstrated, verifiable enterprise scale Agentic SDLC / AI DLC implementation experience
- Experience in banking, fintech, or a similarly regulated, high compliance domain (strongly preferred)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience)
- AWS Certified Developer / Solutions Architect (a plus)
- Proven track record of delivering complex distributed systems with high availability and measurable performance outcomes
- Observability: OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, structured logging, distributed tracing

Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of professional hands on backend software engineering experience in production environments — mandatory
