About the Role

- Design and implement agentic SDLC and AI driven development lifecycle solutions
- Develop and maintain microservices using Java 17+, Spring Boot, and related frameworks
- Integrate LLM orchestration frameworks and RAG pipelines for enterprise use
- Implement messaging, caching, and data solutions with Kafka, Redis, and SQL/vector databases
- Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS using IaC tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure security, compliance, and data residency requirements for banking context
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional hands on backend software engineering experience in production environments
- Demonstrated enterprise scale Agentic SDLC / AI DLC implementation experience
- Experience in banking, fintech, or similarly regulated high compliance domain
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent professional experience)
- AWS Certified Developer / Solutions Architect

- Agentic & AI Tooling: LangChain4j, Spring AI, AutoGen, CrewAI, MCP, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering
- Messaging, Caching & Data: Apache Kafka, Redis, SQL databases, vector databases
- Cloud, DevOps & CI/CD: AWS, IaC, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes
- Security, Compliance & Banking: OAuth2/OIDC, PII handling, CBUAE, UAE PDPL, PCI DSS
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of professional hands on backend software engineering experience in production environments
- Demonstrated enterprise scale Agentic SDLC / AI DLC implementation experience
- Experience in banking, fintech, or similarly regulated high compliance domain strongly preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent)
- AWS Certified Developer / Solutions Architect a plus
- Proven track record of delivering complex distributed systems with high availability
- Observability: OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, structured logging, distributed tracing
