You will lead end-to-end business analysis for core banking transformation initiatives, requiring deep functional expertise in Sharia-compliant products such as
****Murabaha, Ijarah, Mudarabah, and Tawarruq****
.
Your primary focus will involve bridging the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams by eliciting requirements, conducting impact assessments, and documenting As-Is and To-Be processes.
While strong hands-on experience with
****Flexcube****
is mandatory, candidates with exposure to
****Finacle****
or large-scale core banking migrations will be highly valued.
This position demands a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a degree in Finance or IT who can navigate complex regulated environments and drive successful project outcomes through the full lifecycle, from initial requirement definition to UAT support.
Key Competency Areas
- Islamic Finance Mastery: Expert knowledge of profit calculation mechanisms and Sharia-compliant product workflows.
