Job Summary
To process cardholder disputes and chargebacks accurately and within applicable card scheme timelines, in accordance with scheme rules and internal procedures.
Key Accountabilities
Review and process cardholder disputes and chargeback cases in line with card scheme rules and timelines.
Review transaction details and supporting documents to process the appropriate dispute action.
Process and follow up cases through the applicable chargeback stages until closure.
Review incoming responses and take the required action within the applicable timelines.
Process dispute-related financial adjustments and maintain accurate case records.
Escalate complex or exceptional cases to the appropriate level for further review.
