Role Summary
Support safe, secure, and customer-focused communities by coordinating day-to-day security activities.
Liaise with internal teams, service providers, and relevant authorities while supporting security service-provider performance monitoring.
Provide operational and administrative support for security procedures, incident reporting, inspections, authority coordination, and provider obligations.
Role Profile
- Coordinate daily security operations across assigned communities, facilities, and common areas.
- Conduct routine inspections, patrol observations, and service-quality checks.
- Monitor security service-provider deployment, attendance, grooming, conduct, and compliance.
- Support incident, emergency, accident, and customer-security-concern management and escalation.
- Liaise with Dubai Police, SIRA, Civil Defense, and other relevant authorities.
- Monitor CCTV, access control, visitor management, and other security systems.
- Coordinate issue resolution with stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and service providers.
- Maintain incident reports, inspection records, performance dashboards, and operational trackers.
