• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Banking or Business Management. • 5 +years experience in Private Banking Credit Documentation. • S trong technical knowledge of credit/legal documentation with meticulous attention to detail and a high level of professionalism in client-centric environments.

• Proven ability to handle multiple cases and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and control.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with relationship managers, credit officers, legal, operations and where appropriate external counsel.

• Working knowledge of credit lifecycle processes: onboarding, approval, documentation, drawdown, amendment, renewal, and closure.

• Microsoft Word/Excel • Physical/Digital Documentation Execution • Credit Approval System

• P rivate Banking Credit Products (e.g. secured/unsecured facilities, overdrafts, mortgages, Lombard lending, guarantees, standby letters of credit).
