Requirements
- 2 5 years of experience, with an established history of leveraging analytical skills to effectively influence strategic decisions
- Experience working in a team environment, with a strong ability to collaborate effectively with others
- A bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience in product strategy or digital marketing with a basic understanding of credit card or other loan based underwriting
- Experience in coding (e.g. Complete SQL scripts, Python notebooks) and data visualization (e.g. Tableau, QuickSight)

About the Role
- In this role, you will dive into a wide range of data and insights to propose the next product strategy.
- You’ll design product tests to find the best new product offerings.
- You’ll conduct market and customer research, and couple these insights with internal data modeling to propose new solutions for our customers.
- From a technical perspective, you’ll have access to various coding and visualization tools.
- You’ll work with SQL to query data, use spreadsheets and Python based notebooks to organize it, and Slides to present it, along with other modern analytics tools, such as Tableau and Quicksight.
- You’ll also join the Canada Analyst Development Program (CADP) over your first year.

Preferred Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience in product strategy or digital marketing with a basic understanding of credit card or other loan based underwriting
- Experience in coding (e.g. Complete SQL scripts, Python notebooks) and data visualization (e.g. Tableau, QuickSight). If you know how to build models or write code, that’s awesome. If not, we will help you learn it.

Salary Range
- The expected annual salary range for this position is CAD 112,300 to CAD 128,100.
- This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es).
