Senior Associate - Planning / MIS Engineer

Prepare and maintain project schedules, trackers, and progress reports.

Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and timelines against approved plans.

Identify schedule deviations and highlight potential risks or delays.

Coordinate with project, O&M, and field teams to collect and validate progress data.

Support resource planning and utilization tracking.

Develop and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports and dashboards.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly project performance reports.

Track key project metrics, KPIs, and SLA compliance.

Consolidate data from multiple stakeholders and ensure accuracy of reports.

Prepare management presentations and status updates for internal reviews.

Analyze project data and provide actionable insights to management.

Maintain project documentation, trackers, and records.

Ensure data integrity and timely updating of databases.

Support audits, reviews, and compliance reporting requirements.

Liaise with project teams, vendors, clients, and internal departments for data collection and reporting.

Support management in decision-making through accurate and timely information.
