Responsibilities
- Provide architectural guidance, calculations, analysis, studies, and recommendations for a specialized segment of the Architectural Discipline
- Manage various size groups of architects, designers, and/or specialists
- Assist Project Architectural or Engineering Managers on complex initiatives
- Oversee project delivery and ensure adherence to design standards, quality benchmarks, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and mentor team members
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including engineering, construction, and client stakeholders
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Conduct design reviews and quality assurance assessments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architectural design
- At least 5 years in a senior or leadership role
- Demonstrated expertise in architectural design principles, building systems, and construction methodologies
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
- Proficiency with industry standard design software and BIM tools
- Excellent project management skills

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience managing and mentoring diverse teams.

- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience conducting design reviews and quality assurance assessments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture, Design, or related field.
- Professional Architecture License (RA/AIA) or equivalent.
- Experience with sustainable design practices and LEED certification.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Background in strategic planning and process improvement initiatives.
- Experience in mentoring junior staff.
- Knowledge of emerging design technologies.
