Job Title: Senior Associate– Payment Systems
Division: Application Development
Experience: 3–6 Years

Location: Mumbai/Chennai/Hyderabad

Your Team’s Impact
Your team will design and operate high-throughput, low-latency APIs and services processing millions of transactions daily .

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IMPS/AEPS/NETC/CTS platforms
- Drive system improvements in performance, scalability, and resilience
- Ensure regulatory compliance and secure system design
- Own API lifecycle management and service governance
- Implement AI-assisted development practices responsibly
- Define standards for AI adoption in engineering workflows
- Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices & automation
- Build and operate high-availability, fault-tolerant distributed systems
Key Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience building large-scale payment / banking systems
