About the Role

Responsibilities
- Design, identify and drive effective measurement to support HR strategy (deep dives, KPIs, dashboards for employee engagement, recruitment, growth, attrition and associate experience)
- Lead development and implementation of innovative analytical tools to inform optimization opportunities
- Use data to help senior leaders set ambitious people related goals
- Deliver BAU HR reporting such as monthly Human Capital Reviews, Monthly Scorecards, Quarterly Business Reviews or All Associate Surveys
- Partner with HR stakeholders to identify high impact opportunities to transform the associate experience
- Analyze the impact of programs and combine insights with organizational science to help clients make data driven decisions
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with data analytics and insights, focus on HR preferred
- Experience with programming tools (SQL and Python) and Google Suite products (Sheets, Docs, Looker, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity and autonomy
- Bachelor's Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering or related field)

About the Role
- As a Sr. Associate, HR Analytics, you will apply strategic and analytical skills to deliver on regular reporting and solve open ended, complex questions pertaining to attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
- You will team up with partners across HR to work on impactful projects in a collaborative environment that promotes continuous learning, rewards innovation, and prioritizes associate development.
Your Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with data analytics and insights, focus on HR preferred

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity and autonomy
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Curiosity to learn and build great relationships with internal clients
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering or related field)
