- Design, identify and drive effective measurement to support HR strategy (dashboards, KPIs)
- Lead development of innovative analytical tools to inform optimization opportunities
- Use data to help senior leaders set people related goals
- Deliver regular HR reporting such as monthly Human Capital Reviews and scorecards
- Partner with HR stakeholders to identify opportunities and share insights
- Conduct experiments to understand key drivers of associate sentiment and behavior
- Analyze impact of programs and combine insights with organizational science
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with data analytics and insights (HR preferred)
- Experience with SQL and Python
- Experience with Google Suite products (Sheets, Docs, Looker, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative field (preferred)

About the Role
- As a Sr. Associate, HR Analytics, you will apply strategic and analytical skills to deliver regular reporting and solve complex questions about attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
Your Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with data analytics and insights, HR preferred.
- Experience with SQL and Python.
- Experience with Google Suite products (Sheets, Docs, Looker, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with ambiguity.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering).

- Hybrid work environment with 3 days in the office.
