About the Role

- Report on trends using data to highlight key metrics and flag emerging risks.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency in all HR systems.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience managing HR programs, specifically with a focus on operational excellence
- Previous experience providing HR Operations services to internal associates, People Leaders and Senior stakeholders

About the Role
- As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our Associates.
- You will manage day to day HR Operations, programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
- This role will partner closely with Associate Relations, HRBP & TA partners, Payroll, and the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing guidance and consultation to associates, managers and HR & TA partners on Capital policies and programs.

Basic Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience managing HR programs, specifically with a focus on operational excellence.
- Previous experience providing HR Operations services to internal associates, People Leaders and Senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient knowledge of Google Suite (including Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.) and Workday or other HRIS platforms.
- The ability to communicate effectively across various audiences, both written and verbal.

- Hybrid work environment, with 3 days in the office.

Salary Range
- CAD 76,500 to CAD 87,400 per year.
- Eligible for performance based incentive compensation.
