About the Role

  • As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our Associates.
  • You will manage day to day HR Operations, programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • This role will partner closely with Associate Relations, HRBP & TA partners, Payroll, and the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing guidance and consultation to associates, managers and HR & TA partners on Capital policies and programs.
  • Proposing, developing, and implementing improvements to existing processes and documentation for HR & AR Operations, Benefits.
  • Determining the root cause of a problem or issue and provides recommendations for resolution.
  • Remaining current on best practices and legislation impacting benefits, HR & AR Operations.
  • Reporting on trends using data to highlight key metrics and flag emerging risks and issues.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and consistency in all HR systems.

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience managing HR programs, specifically with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Previous experience providing HR Operations services to internal associates, People Leaders and Senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient knowledge of Google Suite (including Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.) and Workday or other HRIS platforms.
  • The ability to communicate effectively across various audiences, both written and verbal.

Salary Range

  • CAD 76,500 to CAD 87,400 per year.
  • Eligible for performance based incentive compensation.
