- Develop and execute business unit strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
- Set the bid strategy, manage customer RFP/RFQ/RFI processes, bidding & tendering, and oversee contracts.
- Manage P&L responsibilities for assigned business units, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
- Be the focal point for the customer in the relevant business unit.
- Communicate and coordinate with cross functional teams to build complex commercial proposals efficiently.
- Effectively manage contract negotiations with customers, ensuring profitable terms and mitigating risks.
- Drive operational excellence through process optimization and team development.
- Participate in industry forums, events, and exhibitions as a thought leader.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies and commercial partners.
- Develop and maintain business metrics and KPIs to track performance.
- Update the business pipeline, supporting overall department strategy and meeting budget requirements.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics or Engineering, or Bachelor in Business Administration
- 3+ years experience in a combination of sales, pre sales, product development positions
- Proven track record in P&L management and business unit leadership
- Experience in leading technical teams and managing complex projects
