- Experience in the space, satellite, or telecommunications industry is preferred
- Experience in government relations, public policy, or multilateral regulatory environments

Role Purpose
- The Director, Regulatory Affairs is responsible for securing and maintaining Space42 spectrum and space authorizations throughout its multiple markets.
Responsibilities

Key Competencies
- Strong expertise in space regulation, spectrum policy, space law including national licensing regimes
- Ability to navigate complex, regulatory and spectrum allocation environments
- Stakeholder engagement and advocacy, including building credible regulatory and spectrum narratives, influencing policymakers, and representing the organization in relevant forums
- Managing regulatory and spectrum related risks, ensuring adherence to international obligations
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive experience in regulatory affairs, spectrum management, or space policy
- Proven experience working with national regulatory authorities, ITU, or international spectrum coordination bodies
- Track record of securing and managing licenses and spectrum rights across multiple jurisdictions
