Role Summary

  • Responsible for leading account development and account management to maximize revenue from key accounts.
  • Develop and manage partnerships and business relationships, achieve high sales targets, and establish relationships with new clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage several accounts and be the face of the company to clients.
  • Contribute to developing business development strategies and plans.
  • Build new business relationships using existing industry contacts.
  • Manage client relationships and provide excellent service and support.
  • Feed back suggestions for improvement and market research to management.
  • Monitor competitive activities within accounts and prevent attrition.
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships.
  • Develop key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans.
  • Communicate value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by staying current with market trends.
  • Identify market trends to enhance existing products/services or create new ones.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in commercial, marketing or business related fields.
  • 5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in GIS industry.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Cost Analysis, Cost Control, and Quality of work priority.
  • Strong personality, proficient in customer relationship management.
  • Advanced IT skills and AI Expertise.
  • Strong commercial acumen & excellent negotiation abilities.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
