- Manage several accounts and act as the face of the company to clients
- Contribute to developing Space42's business development strategies and plans
- Build new business relationships using existing industry contacts
- Manage client relationships and provide excellent service and support
- Feed back suggestions for improvement and market research to management
- Monitor competitive activities within accounts and prevent attrition
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships
- Develop key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans
- Communicate value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by staying current with market trends
- Identify market trends to enhance existing products/services or create new ones
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in commercial, marketing or business related fields
- 5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in GIS industry
- Excellent project management skills
- Cost Analysis and Cost Control skills
- Strong personality and proficient in customer relationship management
- Advanced IT skills and AI Expertise
- Strong commercial acumen and excellent negotiation abilities
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
