Senior Associate - Business Systems Analyst (Banking & Financial Services)

Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements.

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.

Conduct current-state assessments and support future-state process design.

Analyze data and reporting outputs to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

Support reporting and business intelligence initiatives through data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.

Create business requirements documents, user stories, process flows, and other project documentation.

Support testing activities, including test case creation, UAT coordination, defect tracking, and issue resolution.

Assist with implementation, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.

Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.

Support process improvement initiatives and recommend operational efficiencies.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and project status meetings.

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), business process documentation, and stakeholder communications.

Experience supporting banking transformation, modernization, or regulatory initiatives.

Familiarity with reporting and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

Knowledge of finance, risk, compliance, operations, or regulatory reporting processes.

Experience working in Agile project environments.

Exposure to data governance, data quality, or reporting processes.

Experience creating process maps, workflows, and business documentation.
