Responsibilities
- Govern ITSM processes across sales, marketing and other business functions.
- Oversee application incident, problem and change management.
- Guide operations and application teams in applying ITIL practices.
- Coordinate service reviews, track service levels and prioritize improvement actions.
- Monitor ITSM KPIs and report service health, emerging issues and corrective actions.
- Align application services with campaigns, customer engagement and revenue goals.
- Maintain service catalogs, configuration records and support documentation.
- Drive root cause analysis and preventive actions for recurring issues.
- Manage application support vendors and partners against agreed service levels.
