- Lead the creative work, assign teams, and inspire them to produce exceptional concepts and final work
- Work with the CD/ACD to address performance, workflow, and quality issues
- Develop and review creative briefs that provide strategic insight and creative inspiration
- Promote a culture of creative quality and accountability
- Demonstrate understanding of clients' marketing challenges and propose creative solutions
- Train new employees and help current creative staff achieve professional goals
- Participate in new business pitch opportunities
- Develop and evaluate creative concepts, copy and art at predetermined points
- Set high creative standards leading to recognized work
- Lead creative efforts on new business assignments
- Ensure creative presentations meet highest professional standards
- Manage workload for assigned book of business
Requirements
- 5+ years of agency experience with primarily an Art background
- Knowledge of existent and future craft trends according to industry standards
- Proven track record of conceptual creative ability and judgment
- Successful client contact experience and ability to grow business organically
- Ability to work collaboratively with account management
- Excellent presentation skills
- Successful experience in managing creatives
- Availability and commitment to work extra hours as needed
- Demonstrated experience in events (client/brand)
- Understanding of consumer behaviours and industry trends
- Core Skills: Ideas, Brand, Awards and strong skillsets on all existent Craft tools

Job Description
- The Senior Art Director is responsible for leading the creative work.
- This includes assigning teams, inspiring them to produce exceptional concepts, and working with account management to ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develops and reviews creative briefs
- Demonstrates understanding of client marketing challenges
- Trains new employees and works with current staff to achieve goals
- Works with upper management to plan strategic growth and participate in new business pitches
- Develops and evaluates creative concepts, copy and art
- Sets high creative standards
- Leads creative efforts on new business assignments
- Ensures creative presentations meet professional standards
- Manages workload for assigned book of business
- Conceives and creates experience design solutions
- Communicates creative concepts to clients and internal team
- Designs comps, storyboards, initial graphic concepts, and final deliverables
Qualifications
