Overview

  • We’re looking for a passionate and curious Account Executive to be part of team, executing campaigns for an exciting brand.
  • As an Executive it will be your responsibility to ensure the smooth delivery of briefs, managing internal / external stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of assets.
  • This role will have an emphasis on delivering 360 degree campaigns at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver on Accuracy, attention to detail, and timeliness
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills with a keen ability to keep supervisors properly informed
  • Being a self starter: must be a quick learner, intuitive, and proactive
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Bringing a “fresh” approach to the business bringing new ideas to each project and task
  • Accuracy of contract reports and follow ups, as well as internal processes / cost estimates / invoicing / etc…
  • Work hand in hand with our in house design team to create best in class content.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment while ensuring high standard of work
  • Understanding of the Client’s business is essential; the AE will be required to forge positive relationships with his/her Clients through consistent contact and diligent client service.
  • Ability to build solid relations with other agency departments (Creative, Social media , Traffic, Planning, and Finance) to help facilitate efficient day to day internal operations.
  • Capability of understanding objectives and be able to develop and prepare all proper/required reporting on his or her assigned activities, including competitive analysis.
  • Ability to approach jobs with a problem solving mentality

Qualifications

  • Maintaining a positive attitude even when under pressure: Above all, attitude before aptitude.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or other related field
  • 1 2 years experience in related field (some degree of advertising agency experience is necessary as the job requires a high level of understanding of advertising principles and agency functions).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Evidence of being solution driven and innovative with how they drive performance and delivery
  • Exceptional communication skills that foster a strong relationship with team members and the client
  • Expert time manager and ability to prioritize workload
  • Ability to negotiate with team members and clients to accomplish tasks and drive projects forward
