Role Overview
Senior Architectural Draftsman / BIM Architectural Modeler supporting multi-storey building projects.
The role requires strong AutoCAD and Revit Architecture skills and practical UAE or Abu Dhabi project experience.
Key Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional architectural drafting or BIM experience, with UAE experience strongly preferred.
- Diploma, bachelor's degree, or relevant qualification in architecture, architectural technology, drafting, or a related discipline.
- Strong experience preparing architectural construction and working drawings.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction documentation, drawing standards, construction methods, and materials.
- Experience with multi-storey residential, commercial, or mixed-use buildings is preferred.
Salary
- Salary is AED 8,000–12,000 per month.
Technical Skills
- Advanced AutoCAD proficiency is mandatory.
- Strong Revit Architecture or BIM proficiency is mandatory.
- High-rise experience is preferred.
- Ability to develop and maintain accurate architectural BIM models.
- Ability to prepare plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and coordinated drawing packages.
