- Lead the architectural design process for projects related to Landscape, Station, Depot, and Buildings
- Develop and present design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, planners, and construction professionals, to ensure cohesive project delivery
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards
- Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to incorporate into project designs
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction
- Engage with clients to understand their vision and requirements, providing expert advice and solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Professional licensure as an Architect
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on Landscape, Station, Depot, and Buildings
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in relevant projects
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills with ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and principles
- Experience working on large scale infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with local and international building codes and standards
- LEED accreditation or equivalent certification
- Preferably with UAE or GCC experience

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural metro or rail design and project management.
