About the Role
SYSTRA seeks an experienced Architect to coordinate design activities for major projects in Doha. You will support the Senior Architect, manage design interfaces across disciplines, and ensure timely delivery of coordinated packages.

Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Architect in day to day coordination of design activities and deliverables
- Act as liaison between architecture and other disciplines (structural, MEP, civil, systems) to ensure coordinated design packages
- Track progress of design submissions, responses, and approvals, ensuring timely delivery
- Review and compile inputs from various disciplines before client submissions
- Participate in coordination and technical meetings, documenting decisions and following up on actions
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and design review materials for client
- Support in managing comments tracking (e.g., DRS) and documentation control related to architecture
- Ensure design outputs comply with project standards, codes, and authority requirements
- Maintain accurate tracking of architectural and multidisciplinary deliverables
- Ensure coordination issues are identified early and resolved collaboratively
- Provide consistent communication and reporting to Senior Architect and Project Manager
- Contribute to maintaining quality and efficiency of design submissions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural coordination or multidisciplinary project environments
- Valid Qatar MMUP Grade A in Architecture
- Experience in design and construction of major projects (residential, industrial, interior/exterior)
- Knowledge of Qatar civil codes (QCS, Civil Defence Requirements, NFPA standards)
- Proficient in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD and other architectural software
- Full proficiency in English

Profile/Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural coordination or multidisciplinary project environments.
- Valid Qatar MMUP Grade A in Architecture required.
- Experience in design and construction of major projects (residential, industrial, interior/exterior).
- Knowledge of Qatar civil codes (QCS, Civil Defence Requirements, NFPA standards).
- Able to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including civil works, MEP, ICT.
- Proficient in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD and other architectural software.
- Full proficiency in English required; proficiency in Arabic is an asset.
