About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to architectural design development for luxury villas and residential communities
- Coordinate architectural packages across all project phases, ensuring design intent, compliance, and constructability
- Work closely with engineering consultants, specialist designers, and internal construction teams
- Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to high quality standards
- Manage authority submissions and approvals (ADM, civil defense, utilities, etc.)
- Provide architectural support during construction, addressing site queries and design clarifications
- Ensure alignment with local regulations, regional design expectations, and employer branding standards
- Support value engineering initiatives while safeguarding design quality
- Mentor junior architects and contribute to building internal architectural capability
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- 12 15 years of experience within delivering high end or luxury developments in the UAE
- Strong technical knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience strongly preferred)
- Strong communication skills

Role Summary
- The Senior Architect will take a lead role in the design development, coordination, and delivery of high end residential and villa projects, from early concept through to construction support.
- The position requires strong technical capability, confidence in UAE authority processes, and the ability to collaborate closely with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to architectural design development for luxury villas and residential communities.
- Coordinate architectural packages across all project phases, ensuring design intent, compliance, and constructability.
