About the Role

Responsibilities
- Oversee construction site to ensure architectural design is implemented correctly according to plans
- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to resolve design or construction issues
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines
- Address and resolve issues or conflicts on site, making adjustments to plans as necessary
- Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholders
- Maintain detailed records of site activities, including daily logs, inspection reports, and change orders
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years demonstrable experience in supervision and project administration of architectural works for large scale projects in the Middle East
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or equivalent
- Membership of a recognized institution (PE/Peng, CEng etc.) preferred
- LEED GA or AP certifications a plus

Qualifications
