Role overview
A Dubai design studio is seeking a Senior Architect to work between clients, the design team, and project delivery.
The role combines project and client management with continued involvement in the design process.
The successful candidate will join a growing Dubai office and have direct exposure to leadership and responsibility from day one.
Experience sought
- Experience across luxury residential, high-rise residential buildings, and hospitality is required.
- Experience with clients from Europe, South Africa, Australia, or the United States is desirable.
- UAE experience would be beneficial.
- The role suits someone organised, commercially aware, and comfortable taking ownership independently.
What you will do
- Lead projects from briefing through completion.
- Manage client relationships and project communication.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, and the design team.
- Run meetings, programmes, and reporting.
- Play a visible role in the growth of the Dubai office.
