Role Overview
An established global architecture practice with approximately 150 staff globally is seeking an Associate Architect in Dubai.
The role offers senior-level influence over the development of a growing Dubai studio and regional practice.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects, manage client relationships, and support the continued growth of the studio.
- Coordinate design teams and contribute to strong project delivery.
- Help recruit and build a team as the Dubai office expands.
- Take on greater leadership responsibility and help shape the growing Dubai studio.
Requirements
- Experience working for a well-known international architecture practice is a non-negotiable requirement.
- Strong design and project delivery experience is required.
- Candidates must be confident presenting to and managing clients.
- Experience leading projects and coordinating design teams is required.
- Ambition to build and manage a team is required.
- Middle East experience is preferred but not essential.
Practice Context
The practice has delivered projects across the Middle East for many years and has established regional clients.
The practice has a strong portfolio of completed work and many ongoing and upcoming projects.
The Dubai team is small but growing and works closely with an experienced Regional Director.
