Key responsibilities
- Own the overall growth and performance of the Abu Dhabi business.
- Strengthen key client relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Support delivery of work across multiple disciplines.
- Build on the existing business platform with international backing and resources.
Candidate profile
- Strong network across the Abu Dhabi developer and real estate market.
- Experience winning and developing work with major clients.
- Director, Regional Director, or equivalent operating experience.
- Background in either architecture or engineering.
- Experience within a multidisciplinary consultancy.
- Commercial leadership combined with a strong understanding of project delivery.
- Significant experience within the UAE or wider GCC.
